Personalized in-home training designed around your goals, your space, and your starting point.

As an ACE certified trainer, I create customized workouts based on your goals, fitness level, available space, and comfort level. Whether you’re looking for in-home personal training to build strength, lose weight, improve mobility, or simply feel better, we start where you are and progress safely from there. Additionally, I offer online coaching services to help you stay on track no matter where you are.

One-on-one sessions with an ACE certified trainer provide you with direct support, accountability, and instruction at every step of your fitness journey. Whether through in-home personal training or our online coaching services, we work together at a pace that challenges you while ensuring the experience remains safe, realistic, and encouraging.

For clients seeking more flexibility, our online coaching services offer structure, support, and accountability beyond in-person sessions with an ACE certified trainer. We can create a tailored plan that aligns with your schedule, lifestyle, and goals, making it easier to achieve your fitness objectives, whether through online coaching or in-home personal training.

No. The initial consultation is completely free. The goal is simply to talk, answer your questions, understand your needs, and decide whether working together feels like a good fit. There is no pressure and no obligation.
If we mutually decide to form a client-trainer partnership, I will provide a few health history and lifestyle forms for you to complete. Understanding your previous exercise experience, current health status, and physical goals allows me to safely design a customized starting point tailored specifically to you.
No, you are never locked into a contract. Unlike traditional commercial gyms, What If Personal Training operates on flexibility and mutual trust. We will collaborate to find a training frequency and schedule that seamlessly fits your lifestyle. To keep your experience completely stress-free, you can choose to either pay as you go or pre-pay for a block of sessions.
No. I bring all the necessary, lightweight, and adaptable equipment (such as resistance bands or light weights) directly to your home. If you already own equipment, we can certainly incorporate it. You will however need some dedicated place in your home for our sessions; I recommend at least 10 feet by 10 feet, open space. (garage, basement, family room, etc.) If you have enough clear floor space for a standard exercise mat, we have plenty of room to conduct a safe, highly effective workout.
In most cases, commercial gyms do not allow outside personal trainers to train clients in their facilities, even if the client has an active membership. This is usually due to gym policy, insurance liability, and the fact that many gyms have their own in-house training staff.
If you would like to train at a specific gym, we would need to contact the facility first and confirm whether they allow outside trainers. Some smaller private or independent gyms may allow it with permission, proof of insurance, or a facility fee. Otherwise, sessions can take place in your home, garage, driveway, outdoor space, or another approved location.
Yes. I offer partner training sessions for up to two clients at a time, which is a wonderful way to build lifestyle changes together with a spouse, family member, or friend. To ensure your sessions remain highly effective and safe, it is important that both participants share similar fitness levels or health goals. This alignment allows me to design a cohesive workout structure that challenges and supports both of you safely within your home. Both individuals will need to sign separate consent forms and waivers.
Yes, I carry professional liability insurance to ensure a safe and protected training environment for all clients.
Every client's fitness journey is unique! We will cover all of these details—and map out your personalized plan—during our initial consultation over the phone or in person once we decide to partner up.
